Compass Rose Management is a full-service Condominium and Homeowners Association Management Firm, including Financial Management, Full-Service Maintenance Division and Home Watch Services.
We help train and assist with the overall operation of the Association while ensuring that the Association is in Compliance with state statute and remains in agreement with all Governing Documents of the Community, while also making the Community a great place to live.
What distinguishes Compass Rose Management from other Association Management Companies is that we put customer service above anything else. Our team members have a passion to serve our clients with experienced customer service skills, dedication to knowledge, leadership, and integrity. All of our managers are required to take the M-100 educational courses and pass their Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) Designation which teaches them to not only adhere to the law but how to manage it as well. Our staff has a dedication to continuous learning and improving their skills. Three of our managers have the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest designation credential for a Community Manager.
